We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

  2. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions
  3. Follow the provided instructions to send your package
Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is:
  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:
  • Perishable goods (flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items)

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

For the fastest service:
  1. Return the original item
  2. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item

Refund Process

  1. We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return
  2. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days
  3. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
